Preparing for your content consult

Arrive to ready to chat about whatever’s on your mind! Materials must be submitted at least 2 business days prior to our call to be reviewed in advance. Good candidates for review include:

  • Project plans
  • Presentation decks
  • Content testing plans
  • Specific UX flows or other design documentation
  • Short strategy documents

Accessibility
If you need an accessible alternative to our meeting platform, I’m more than happy to do what I can to make accommodations. I ask for 2-3 days advance notice, so I have some time to work with your needs.

Cancellations & late/no-show policy
Cancellations with less than 24-hours notice, no shows, or late appointments will be charged for a full session. Cancellations within 5 business days of our scheduled session will be refunded 50% of the total cost. Cancellations more than 5 business days prior to our scheduled session will receive a full refund.
